First off, my apologies for the scarcity of stamping posts lately. I have been feeling rather scattered this week. I just can't get things back on track (even though I have some cards that need to get done). Partly it's THAT book ... it really was so incredible. It just won't get out of my head. That and a lot of "stuff" has left me feeling really mentally fuzzy and crafting wise, rather low on the mojo. I'm heading out of town at the end of this week. Just a quick trip to visit, who else, my gracious sister. I'm really hoping that a change of scenery will rev the engines. I love the colors of old olive, pretty in pink, and regal rose lately! I have been making some floral cards with Roses in Winter and other sets and have been using this combo in many of them.

My favorite color combo has been Rose Romance and Certainly Celery. Although with the new In Colors, I'm partial to Purely Pomegranate and Wild Wasabi together...sounds like a great Xmas card combo doesn't it?!

I have many favorite color combos! I just did a swap card with Soft Sky, Blue Bayou and River Rock...really nice. I also am working on cards with Guava and Pomegranate. Also great! I'm kinda' partial right now to the new colors because...well..they're new!

Color combos are so hard for me to come up with! I need to find inspiration from somewhere! But I always reach for pinks and browns. I use Blush Blossom and Close to Cocoa (and vanilla) a lot!!!
