I've finally had a chance (and a smidgen of inspiration) to dig into some of my non-A Muse goodies I picked up at the Ink Spot. Here's my first try with this set. I really need to exercise that "muscle" that comes up with card layouts because regardless of how good or bad the end result is I always struggle. Maybe I need to commit to doing some of the scs sketch challenges ... anyone want to join me?

I'm super pleased with how my water coloring turned out. I didn't use w/c paper and there were some moments where it was as "touch and go" as you can get when you're talking about paper crafting. That's a big space to color in and whisper white gets eaten up by that blender pen after a couple of passes. BUT I'm really satisfied with the final product so that's what matters, right?
Alright ... more tomorrow, hopefully!
Deets: Stamps: My Favorite Things You Take the Cake Set; Paper: All SU! (whisper white, cool carib., tempting turquoise, pretty in pink, regal rose and petals and paisley's patterned paper); Ink: Black Stazon, SU! markers and blender pen; Misc: brads (lt pink by SU!, the rest by ???), stardust gel pen, clear glaze pen and quickie glue pen by Sakura, dazzling diamonds glitter by SU!
