This card is called "Kitty's Tiger Dream." There's an A Muse scalloped circle "creative candy" over the tiger (a la this card by Scoopy). The rhinestones are from Hobby Lobby (I think). The patterned paper is Basic Grey (Phoebe, 12x12). Everything else, including the punch and silver cord are by SU!
